Last night's show went great.  At first there was a weird mix-up on who was supposd to perform at what time but Robert the sound guy was as cool as anything and worked it all out. 

I went on first and was happy with my set.  Shouts to my homies who came out and especially twitter.com/funkcaptmax who tweeted the show out to like 700 people.  Good lookin out!  Unfortunately I still was foolish enough to forget to get him on the list to get in...even tho I told him I would.  My bad I got you next time tho guaranteed.

Madly in Dub also did great.  They got it crackin with the live instruments.  Everyone was dancin to their beats and it was a good time.

Then Nico Luminous got on stage and ripped it down.  For a while I been thinkin about getting a foot pedal to do some live vocal effects...well Nico blew that idea out of the water.  He had a full on utility belt that he used to put effects on his voice, it looked like somethin Batman would rock. 



He recorded his voice with the belt, looped it up, then recorded other cats in the crowd and used their voices in his beats that he made on the spot.  It was crazy. 

He also let me get on stage and get my flow on, which was real coo of him!
