Bright Bed
I been dealing with a strange sleeping schedule lately. Yesterday I worked from 10am-6pm, then I slept from 6:40pm-3am. Now it is 4:30pm which means its my evening, maybe even my night. I'm not sure when I'm gonna go to bed.
I wish I didn't need sleep. I want to stay awake all the time. I don't care how tired I am, I just want to never have to sleep. Too bad this seems pretty much impossible.
I tried polyphasic sleep cycles, where you sleep 20 minutes every 4 hours. That didn't work out too well. I didn't even last one night. ON my very 1st night I crashed around 5am. Maybe I shouldn't have even tried, maybe I should have known better. A bunch of people on Facebook warned me not to do it, they said it is "hella bad for you" etc. You think I would have listened, but what did I do? I gave it a shot, and failed.
Recently I started sleeping with the lights on. For a while that was actually working. I would naturally only sleep for 3 or 4 hours at a time, because it's very annoying to sleep with the lights on. I honestly thought I figured out a way to barely have to sleep...but then I got used to the lights being on.
Now I can crash for 8 hours with the lights on, no problem. My room can be as bright as the inside of a tanning bed, and I could still probably fall asleep.
I can't say that for certain though, as I've never been in a tanning bed. I have no interest in tanning.

Just that picture is bright enough to drive me crazy, shoot I'm thinking about taking it down.
