I know this has has already  circulated around all the Seattle hip hop blogs but the video is dope so of course I gotta post it.  It's beatmaker extroardinaire Jake Uno f/ Vitamin D., Note, Maine and Ish. 



The whole video has a great vibe to it and the part with Sir Mix-a-Lot at the beginning is classic.  Actually all of White Van Music bangs.  I'm even looking forward to the new Jake One / Freeway album dropping and I say "even" cuz I never been a huge Freeway fan.  But he been killin it lately.  I seen him on this Pepsi Pass the Mic promo video, he spit 8 bars along with other cats like Pac Div, Charles Hamilton, B.O.B etc.  Freeway really went in, he sounds hungry.
