I gotta hand it to Henny and Dow Jones, who comprise the producer duo called Tha Bizness.  They put together some of the best beatmaking tutorials I ever seen.  This one describes how they made the beat to the new Lil Wayne f/ Young Money single "Every Girl."

They break down the programs they use, the instruments etc.  Helpful stuff.
