My show las night went ok.  Jay Battle killed it but I shoulda done way better.  One cool thing is he has this program called L2 that makes instrumentals sound way more crackin.  He put my instrumentals from the Taybot/Phil&Numberman Mixtape through the L2 and now my beats slap way harder.  That was really nice of him to do.

After the show we went to this restaurant near Belltown.  It's the building that used to be Minnie's, if some of ya know about that old place.  It has a new owner now and it's way more swank and nice.  This isn't particularly a good or a bad thing...I'm just sayin.

Here is the biggest newsflash though:  I have two days off in a row (Wed. and Thurs.)!  It's been so long since that happened, I forgot how much nicer it is than having just one day.  I worked on beats for a long time today and I will tomorrow as well.  I am pumped on beats right now!  I'm actually close to finishing an ok one, which will be my first decent beat on my new computer.  Ever since I got the iMac, I've struggled with it.  I felt like I lost so much skill during the 2 months in between computers, when I wasn't makin beats at all.  Now that I have a decent beat it means I'm finally getting it back.
