My Sleeping Clock Is All F@#% Up

My sleep schedule is fucked up right now.  For some reason I stay up all night til like 6am.  This morning I went to bed at 5am and woke up at 3pm.  I think I slept that many hours because the night before I got like 4 hours of sleep, I suppose my body had to make up for those extra hours. 

It's strange waking up at 3 in the afternoon and you feel like it's the morning time.  Then a couple hours later I was makin coffee, jus getting settled in for my day off (over half of which I slept thru), feeling sleepy as if it's still in the AM.  But nope, it's 5pm!  Cats are going home from work and it's practically dark outside.  Anyways, I work today at 1pm and it's 6am already so I'm going to bed.
