It's my birthday today and to celebrate I hit up the Wizdom, Gran Rapids, Fresh Espresso and Mad Rad show at The High Dive.  I was mostly there to see the homie's Gran Rapids perform but was pleasantly surprised by both Fresh and Mad Rad.    This cat P. Smoov makes beats for both groups and he's really nice witit.  He got the dual threat goin on, dope producer and nice on the mic.  If you want proof, check out Mad Rad's myspace page and bump the song Electric Sheep. 




The only thing lame about tonight is I ended up takin a cab home.  There is something sad about takin a cab home on your bday.  Like...I really couldn't find a ride??  I probly could have, but I didn't want to ask anyone.  I guess I don't like to trouble people, but I definitely should've troubled someone tonight and saved myself some money.

Overall it was worth going to the show though.  One dope thing was I got to build with the homie Jay Battle, who has been sliding me beats lately, so look out for Taybot/Jay Battle collabos coming soon!
