I just got done closing at Starbucks and I'm super tired right now. I also am pretty hungry and tryin to decide what to eat. I recently got hipped to some game when it comes to making Top Ramen. I figured out a way to make it taste way better, even though I always thought it was great to begin with.
The new way I prepare it is just as fast and almost as cheap. For one, I don't use the seasoning packet that comes with it. I throw those things away now. After years of eating the same stupid seasoning a guy can get sick of it. Besides, those seasoning packets are just salt anyways. The great thing about Ramen is that it's quick & cheap noodles. I bought some salt at the store the other day, along with some Johnny's Seasoning Salt.

I just throw both types of salt in with the noodles and it tastes great!
Step 2) I buy frozen veggies and put those in once the water starts boiling. There you have it, a great noodle and veggie meal you can make in about 5 minutes and it's still super inexpensive. Maybe you're rolling your eyes at this post because you don't think of Ramen as "real food" but really, how can someone hold that opinion? Top Ramen is noodles and noodles are clearly real food.
Give it a shot, try making Ramen the way I described. I promise it doesn't taste nearly as processed as when you use the seasoning packets.
