I aint even gonna front, I been spending all day watchin' the live footy from KUBE 93's Summer Jam on their website.  I guess I really wish I could be there, since I was there the past two years in a row.  I dunno why, cuz the performances are never that great.  Luda always rips it but T Pain, for example, barely even sings during his sets.  It's mostly background vocals. 


It's weird how some of these famous rappers and singers be comin' on stage like it's nothin, bullshittin' with their homies in between songs like it's all good and they aint putting on a performance they care much about.  If you got no integrity I could see you doin' that if some little promoter brings you out to their no name club...then I could see how you'd wanna get your dough, barely rock it, and bounce. 


But this is Summer Jam, it's a huge event!  There's 20,000 mufuckas in the spot.  That's way different than some little club joint.  Come on.  Not to say they put on an awful show by any means, but I'd like to see a performance that's better produced and planned out.


It's kinda weird watchin' T Pain rock anyways.  He's got endless hits, but his set is still mad short cuz he only has about 12 bars he gets to sing on each individual song ha!  You get to hear Pain do his part a couple times, then cue sirens, then onto the next hook from the next huge hit.
