The List

I just read a Kanye blog quote where he was talkin' bout how much preparation he put into his Glow In The Dark show (which I saw, loved and wrote a song about that'll probly never be released)

He was gettin super dramatic about the amount of time he put into rehearsing his set.  It got to the point where I thought he was gonna say he "walked four miles in an ice blizzard just to get to the studio where he would practice, uphill both ways of course."

Nah he aint say that, but he did say he went without sleep for three nights in a row to get his set down perfect.  That got me thinkin'...I really need to step my game up and start goin without sleep.  That way I can write more, promote more, and play way more Ms. Pac Man on the cell.

But how am I supposed to go without sleep??  I've always felt like I need around six hours, and when I don't get my beauty slumber, I'm a frickin' wreck (I'm in the habit of not cussin' cuzin)

So I looked up some advice on how to stay awake all night and avoid sheep, nightmares, dreams of flying and everything else associated with R.E.M.  This way I can purely focus on my work.  Here is what I found:

                                                Tips For All Nighters

-  Be careful what you eat and do nighttime exercise, such as brisk walking, push ups or exxxtreme button mashing on Ms. Pac Man.  That's great for the thumbs and even better for the brain.

- We only need 4-5 hours of sleep at night.  Doctors recommend 8-10 cuz they want us to be lazy and eventually pay a shrink so we can complain to them 'bout how we aint accomplished anything with our lives.  This is the cause of the mid-life crisis.

NASA studied the problem and came up with something like 20 minute naps every 4 hours works.  NASA stands for Never Asleep, Space is AWESOME!!!!!!!!

There you have it.  Follow these steps and you won't have to sleep.  Then you can accomplish all your dreams and maybe even be like this guy:

to all you conspiracy theorists, i do NOT want to
