I spent pretty much the whole weekend tryin' to get my new gear working and I'm pleased to announce I was successful.  I set it up so I can record now at the spot.  It's not professional recordings or nothin', ha I'm pretty weak at mixing, but it's a great way to practice.

On Saturday night I went to The Cornerstone at Faire Cafe, like I always do the first Saturday of the month.  It's real fun and i'd definitely suggest cats hit it up.  I wouldn't vouch for it so hard if it wasn't dope.

The best part of the night is the never-ending cypher at the end of the night.  It's not too often that I get to spit with people who are ill off the top.   It seems like not that many people be freestylin' no more.  So I definitely love being around all these cats who are nice with it.

I got a little pissed tho cuz this dude was kinda out-rapping me.  It was this cat I had seen spit before but I never remembered him being that tight.  He was definitely in the zone that night tho so shouts to Kwamay (my spelling is wack I know).  I dunno why I gotta treat a regular cypher all competitive like it's a basketball game but sometimes I get like that.
