Timeless?

Let's take some time to pay our respects to great film making.  I saw No Country for Old Men las weekend when I was visiting the fam.

I saw three movies that weekend and the first two were just aight.  I aint know anything bout No Country when I walked in so I must say, I was skeptical...luckily it ended up being filthy and I'm hecka glad I seen it.

Don't fuck with this guy.

I'll admit I aint really familiar with the Cohen Brothers work.  I've tried to watch Big Lebowski like three times and can't even sit thru that joint (I know, I know throw your hate on me tell me how that movie is genius and hilarious etc.)   I just get bored by the time that one scene comes along where Lebowski is like in Bowling Heaven or whatever.

What the heck is goin on in that scene anyway?  If anyone can interpret that shit plz leave a comment and EXPLAIN.

Anyways, No Country For Old Men is a hecka tense, keeps you on the edge of your seat and makes you think about good & evil.  Reminds me of a modern day Silence of the Lambs.

This is gonna sound bold but I think it's a timeless classic.  I think that's how it'll go down but only time will tell.

Quote me on that....

unless everyone forgets about the flick, then please don't quote me on that and let's just say I never said it.

You might be onto something here, b/c I heard yesterday that this movie just got a bunch of Academy Award nominations - the most of any movie this year.
