Hippie Party!

I'm back from Spokane and I must say I had a real good weekend.  Here is jus a smattering of the things I did.

Saw hecka movies:  Juno (1 and a half thumbs up)
The Bucket List (No thumbs up, maybe I could put up my thumbnail)
No Country For Old Men (I don't have enough thumbs for this one)

Went to synagogue, which I aint been to in a minute, but I needs to start goin again.  I'm lookin forward to that actually.

Watched the Seahawks lose (booooo), watched Gonzaga win (they beat a lousy team and shoulda won by like 30)

On Sat. night I went to my parent's friend's party.  My brother and I walk in thinkin' it'd be hecka lame.  There was tons of people there but everyone was 50 yrs+.  We jus figured, how good can a party be with nobody close to our age.

Turns out there was tons of tasty free food and free drinks (Coronas, Tequila shots, Margaritas, so we was getting faded!)

Then me and my brother was exploring the house and there was this room with exercise equipment, an empty jacuzzi full of mannequin parts and real people sitting in it playing music and we smelled chronic in the air.

That led us thru this door in the corner, then we walked thru this dark hall and finally came to this secret room with tons of weed and pieces.

These old hippies know how to get down.

After that, we mostly jus chilled and listened to the cats play their music.  What's crazy is the music was pretty tight, folk and bluegrass stuff.

It was cool cuz it wasn't these fake hippies that you see nowadays.  It was old 50 year olds who used to be the real deal hippies.  They could definitely still get down on their instruments.

You gotta love it when you think something's gonna be wack and it ends up bein off the hook!
