I saw wackass Fergie this weekend. 





I got into Bumbershoot for free cuz we broadcasted Street Sounds from there.  We got done at 9pm and I figured I might as well check out Fergie Ferg Ferg, see what she had to offer as far as a live show goes. 




I mean she has bangin beats.  I didn't expect her show to be great by any means, but damn, it was awful.




I am not kidding when I say this, I was cringing during parts. 





She came out in a Duchess costume.  She had a cornyass crown and red cape on.

Pretty stupid huh?  Actually you know what, she was pretty much wearing that exact outfit at Bumbershoot the other night, but she had a cape on too. 





She had pretty much nothin on underneath her stupid clothes, and she isn't even that fly. 





I saw a flyer girl every :30 seconds walking around Bumbershoot and they had normal clothes on and no crowns or capes.





To make matters worse, she aint even do all her fast upbeat songs.  Every one or two songs she would decide to sing a ballad.  Who the hell wants to hear Fergie sing a ballad? 





The crowd didn't even want to hear Fergie sing a ballad.  The crowd got bored! 




Fergie managed to bore a crowd full of 16 year old Fergie fans and she managed to disgust one 24 year old head.




Why does Will.i.am get down with Fergie? 




She couldn't even dance that well.   How you gonna try to be a pop star and not be able to dance that well?  Yo, her backup dancers weren't even that tight! 




She has tons of bread and she didn't even hire tight backup dancers?  I don't get it.  I seen 17 year olds on YouTube get down way tougher than her wackass dancers. 




But don't get me wrong, Fergie's backup dancers were way tighter than Fergie herself.




I can completely appreciate a mainstream pop show, and her set was garbage.  I almost yelled out "YOU SUCK" hecka loud. 



Trus me, everyone woulda heard me yell that, because there were so many parts in the set where it was hella quiet cuz nobody was cheering. 




I didn't yell that cuz I didn't wanna get mobbed on by 10,000 brainwashed tweens. 



I had to miss the Wu on Monday and instead the only memorable musical moment I can take home with me from Bumbershoot '07 was:
