I don't usually like to endorse a brand, unless they cuttin fat checks (maybe someday).  But today I gots to give a big shout out to Sony for making a boombox that is far tougher than any Ford truck has ever been.


I've had this box all thruout HS, college and now I take it all around the city, every day, bumping my mixtape. 


The model is the Bass Reflex 2Way Speaker System MEGA BASS.


This thing aint broke down in any way, shape or form.  It still works like a charm.  This is dope, simply considering how long I been having it, but yesterday something happened that's truely extraordinary.


I was standing by the bus stop, trying to sling a mixtape to this lady.  Alla sudden, in mid spiel, a bus cruised by and hit the end of my box. 


The CD kinda skipped for a sec and we was both startled, then sure enough the beat came back in and I continued on trying to slang. 


She didn't cop the mixtape but I'm forever grateful for having a boombox that can get hit by automobiles and continue working proper.


They aint make em like that no more.
